The company, the first web start-up in 10 years, started its business in April employing ex-Graphoprint staff who operate an eight-unit System 38 Komori with sheeter and twin folders.
Its latest investment consists of a PlateRite 8800S B1 platesetter, and an FLH-Z Zac processor to image Brillia HD LH-PJE plates, working with Fujifilm's XMF cross-media workflow.
According to Vic Rollinson, sales and marketing director at Grapho Media, the company wanted to invest in the best products the industry had to offer.
He said: "Fujifilm’s XMF workflow includes imposition software as standard and was by far the most versatile workflow system available on the market, making it our first choice."
The company's hardware investment has also enabled the Deeside, North Wales-based company to continue its environmental push.
Rollinson said: "By using Fujifilm’s low-chemistry Zac processor and PJE plates, we are using much less chemistry and water than if we were using some of the other plate solutions on the market – something that fits perfectly with our environmental policy.
"There’s no compromise on quality either, which ensures our customers are happy too."
