It was one of the printers from the Acuity range on show at the exhibition, along with the original Acuity Advance – which was displayed with the optional roll-to-roll module.
The Acuity Advance X2 has the same modified printhead array as the Advance and incorporates greyscale printhead technology to produce near-photographic quality print. It prints on to substrates of 3.05m x 2.5m edge to edge, and as thick as 48mm, at a speed of 22sqm per hour, or 15sqm per hour in high quality mode.
The Acuity is aimed at printers who are not ready to move in to UV digital flatbed printing but still want to offer their customers a wide range of print options.

Fujifilm Sericol has shown the Acuity Advance X2 - which it claims is the largest UV inkjet printer currently available - to visitors at this years Fespa Digital show.
