Fifth BPIF Finance and Investment Conference to focus on transformational change

The BPIF has unveiled details of its fifth Finance and Investment Conference.

The broad themes set to be covered by the event at the Ricoh Coventry Arena on 22 March will fall under the umbrella of 'the challenge of transformational change'.

The keynote will be delivered by futurologist and author James Bellini, and other speakers will include Credit Pal chairman and chief executive Chris Poll, Ed Ryder, managing director of marketing agency Biskit, Bezier chief financial officer Richard Barfield, Charles Jarrold, St Ives Web managing director, ESP Colour managing director Anthony Thirlby and James Buffoni head of marketing at Ryedale Group.

"The focus of the event will be on new ways of doing business. We're in an age of uncertainty where the old rules don't apply so we'll be looking at the fundamental changes required to business models, radical thinking and adapting to the new conditions," said Andrew Brown, BPIF corporate affairs director.

Subjects which will be covered in the one-day conference include: re-engaging with lenders; cost leadership; successfully managing transformational change; marketing ROI; finance opportunities; realising the value of customer service; and differentiating your business.

Delegate rates for the event are £150 for BPIF members, £220 for non-members with a 50% discount for additional delegates from the same company.
