RealVue3D software allows printers and designers to convert multi-page PDF files into interactive 3D visualisation.
The pre-press supplier will showcase new plug-ins, which help simulate various effects including textured papers and embossing, metal effects including gold, bronze and aluminium, as well as special effect inks.
FFEI is also building upon its initial product range, which included Presenter, Designer and Designer Pro.
The latest additions consist of RealVue3D Server Pro, a server-based version of Designer Pro, which allows multiple users to create print simulations via template driven hot-folders.
RealVue3D Photo is a stand-alone application for creating and sharing interactive, 3D photo albums, while RealVue3D Developer is a programmer library suitable for OEM partners to fully integrate the technology into their own applications.
FFEI managing director Andy Cook said: "With the addition of our Developer and Integrator kits we are opening up to new partners that may wish to adopt the technology into their existing solutions, giving RealVue3D the opportunity to become the industry standard solution."
FFEI will exhibit at Drupa, which takes place from 29 May to 11 June in Düsseldorf, Germany.
