The software developer, on stand A310, said the system enabled businesses to automate document production and workflow management cost effectively, and ensured robust reporting.
The system automates and manages document production workflows, which involves automated receipt of raw data and print ready files as well as the monitoring and annotation of document composition processes.
Stewart Rogers, director of marketing communications, said: "The workflow manager can be used for print-on-demand or transactional mail, and it provides the full workflow system."
Pro Production Manager runs on all major operating systems and can receive and transmit data to and from mainframe, spooling systems and file systems.
Rogers added that it is between two and 10 times cheaper than similar systems on the market, which makes it particularly accessible for SMEs.
"We've been making waves with this because the product is so cost effective. We simply felt the other workflow solutions were too expensive," he said.
It is the first time the business has exhibited at Northprint, and Rogers said the company wanted to introduce itself to new companies and also gauge whether it was coming back to Northprint 2013.
