The Ultra 205A flood UV, which was demonstrated at Drupa, can handle paper sizes starting from 521x710mm, and paper weights from 120-350gsm. It uses a top-feed suction belt, cutting out marking problems.

According to Duplo, the machine is perfect for both short and long runs because it can provide a fully automatic set-up of the coating and application and feeding rollers.

The Ultra 205A runs at a top speed of 40m per minute. It provides a protective gloss, matt or satin finish on a range of digital and offset materials.
