The company is showcasing the Ultra 205A UV Coater, DuWrap polywrapping unit for the mail fulfilment market, and a new friction-fed collating range including the DFC-100 and DFC-120 Mini Collator.
Also on show for the first time is the DC-645 Production Colour Finisher with a new knife folder, the DSF-5000 high-speed dynamic document sheet feeder and Duplo's new PUR DuBinder.
Akio Kaneko, manager of the international sales group at Duplo, said: "Introducing value-added finishing processes to customers will help them to differentiate from their competitors, increase margins on individual jobs and establish profitable relationships, as well as move into new areas and thus grow their overall business potential."
The PUR version of the Dubinder is aimed at customers handling short to medium run perfect-bound books, printed digitally or on coated stocks and features a 35-second set-up.
The machine has a closed-tank system, offering cost and productivity benefits compared to open-tank systems, as it does not require draining after each session.
Duplo's Ultra 205A UV Coater, with an optional SF-205A Feeder, adds high-quality, glossy sheen, matt and satin finishes to an array of offset and digitally printed documents up to 521mm in width.
According to the company, it adds vibrancy and richness to colours and hues, while ensuring protection from scratching and fingerprints. It has been suggested for use on products such as book covers, calendars, business cards, brochures, posters and mailers.
