Creazy allows printers to produce digital print on-demand products on pre-creased and perforated sheets, which can be folded by hand to create the finished item.
Lyndon Powell, managing director, said Photo Box Canvas, which was launched this week, would give high street printers a considerable return on investment.
"The sheets cost 60p each and the only other cost is the click charge. Then, depending on the market, printers can sell them for up to £9.99," he added.
Photo Box Canvas costs £60 per pack of 100 sheets. Users can print images on to the sheets and then fold them in to a 285x199x24mm "photo canvas".
Powell said the product would be distributed by Antalis McNaughton, Premier Paper and Xerox. "We’ll be fulfilling distribution requirements over the next few weeks," he added.
The lightweight "canvases" can be hung using the product’s integrated hanging holes, or attached to a wall in the style of a real canvas.
Creazy is marketing the Photo Box Canvas to digital printers for the home décor market, as well as exhibitions and corporate displays.
The sheets used in the Photo Box Canvas and other Creazy products are pre-creased, leaving the printing surface flat. They are sent to clients partially cut and perforated, ready for digital overprinting.
Creazy’s Trim & Tape Range requires trimming and fixing with double sided tape. The Perf & Tab Range requires no cutting or fixing.
The company also launched its Printed Display Set earlier this year. At £60 per pack of 100 sheets, these are preprinted with the Creazy logo and can be folded into 17 products, including document folders, CD wallets and the Photo Box Canvas.
