The revamp involves the creation of two new operating roles. Ian Smith, formerly general manager at Mackays, becomes chief operating officer for CPI's UK trade book division, encompassing Mackays, Cox & Wyman, Bookmarque and White Quill.
Ralph Bell, formerly divisional general manager at Antony Rowe, takes on an equivalent operating role at its UK digital and STMA (scientific, technical, medical and academic) wing, which includes Antony Rowe and Clowes.
Bookmarque general manager Kevin Martin becomes trade sales director, while Golicheff will oversee the commercial print business, which includes Fulmar, in addition to his duties as chief executive.
Further appointments are expected to flow through in the coming weeks, as a result of the promotions.
Golicheff took over last month, replacing Mike Taylor, who will continue to work with the group as an advisor. He joined CPI after serving as chief executive of digital print equipment manufacturer Riso Europe for 13 years.
The group has also just announced an additional investment in finishing kit at Reading-based paperback specialist Cox & Wyman, which is set to install two Civiemme automated stackers from Rima System in a £500,000 spend.
