The Stansted-based business moved into the M11 Business Link facility at the start of October and took delivery of its new digital colour press the same week.
CCG has increased its floorspace by 325sqm after moving from its dual-level Bishops Stortford site to its new single level 930sqm facility, which houses all 20 employees.
Giles Bowes, director at CCG said the company's expansion programme would enable the 26-year old firm to grow both turnover and bottom line and move it further into the "high-value print production" space.
"He said: "While there is a large level of competition in the digital print sector, I believe we are in a unique position to offer high-quality personalised digital print, backed up by skilled staff that have a decade's knowledge and expertise in HP Indigo.
"When we approach a new client, we enter into dialogue with their marketing team and not their print buying side. We have the digital know-how but it is important to sell to them the merits that technology can have on their marketing process."
The company, which currently has a £1.8m turnover, has used the new 7600 machine to replace its existing Indigo 5000 and complement its 7000 model in the new-look pressroom.
According to Bowes, the decision to re-invest in HP was down to the "desire to remain at the cutting edge of digital print technology" and enable the company's digital print operators to transfer their skills on to the latest Indigo model.
The £400,000 press spend formed part of a "significant" investment across the business that includes the site move as well as forthcoming capital equipment investment.
"We are trialling Tharstern's latest estimating software and anticipate that we will take delivery of a new laminator before the end of the year. It's a sensible approach to expansion but one that will make us a more efficient and productive operation," he added.
