The company will also showcase its Cascade line of violet plates and recently introduced consultancy service.
The Cobra 8 platesetter offers a maximum plate size of B1/8 up, 1080x850mm, down to B3/2 up or 510x400mm.
It can output up to 16 plates an hour in 8-up mode and 28 in 2-up operation. The Cobra 8 can image to a maximum area of 1080x835mm, at a resolution of 2540dpi.
Also on display will be the Python platesetter, designed for the 2-up and 4-up market.
It can output up to 25 plates per hour and can image plates ranging from to 335x400mm to 745x615mm in size. It offers a resolution of 2540dpi.
HighWater will be demonstrating its violet platesetters using its Cascade line of violet plates, chemistry and processors. The plates, which are bakeable and UV resistant, are capable of between 2% and 98% dot.
The firm will also promote its recently introduced consulting service, providing workflow, IT and networking support to printers.
HighWater Designs will be exhibiting in Hall 9 at Drupa, which takes place from 29 May to 11 June in Düsseldorf, Germany.
