The five-staff company, which was established in 1960, will produce signage and advertising hoardings for the club's Sixways Stadium before the new season starts next month.
Darren Wilkins, joint partner at CitySigns, said the company was "delighted" to expand its relationship with the club, which spans nine years.
"All of our staff are looking forward to a busy few weeks preparing the signage and advertising hoardings at Sixways before the Aviva Premiership season begins on 3 September 3," he added.
Signage production will be carried out on the company's Gerber CAT UV flatbed printer, a UK first that was installed in April.
According to the company, the £85,000 machine eliminates the mounting and laminating process by printing direct to substrate.
The US-manufactured machine allows the company to print on substrates such as wood, plastic, glass, carpet tiles and acrylics.
It can print at a resolution of up to 1,058x720dpi, on media 3,050mmx1,620mm wide and up to 25mm thick.
CitySigns has a client base that includes Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Webbs Garden Centre, Andrew Grant Estate Agents and the King’s School Worcester.
