HP to take latex print technology on the road in UK and Ireland events

HP is set to showcase the applications made possible through its wide-format latex print technology at a series of UK and Ireland roadshows starting in November.

The HP-branded truck and trailer will be stopping at eight sites from 15 November to 2 December, including London, Dublin and Edinburgh, in a bid to "inspire" printers with its latex technology.

Visitors will be able to catch live demonstrations of the 60" configuration of the company's Designjet L25500 printer as well as its Scitex LX820 and LX850 printers.

Each date will also feature presentations, customer testimonials, hands-on workshops and a range of live product demonstrations.

In addition, HP aims to showcase the environmental benefits afforded by latex printing through its water-based and odourless formulation.

The sessions will also demonstrate the non-traditional market signage opportunities latex ink presents such as decorative textiles, printing on uncoated fabrics and canvas reproductions.

Potential visitors can register by visiting www.latextour.com or calling 0800 408 0784.
