This conference is being organised by pmIndia, a joint venture of Institute for Print and Media Technology and Chemnitz University of Technology, Chemnitz, Germany and Graphic Arts Technology and Education (GATE).
The conference aims to bring together experts from the European and Indian printing industry.
Kiran Prayagi, head of pmIndia, said: "The conference will cover automatic colour quality assurance of packaging printing with camera systems, integrations of electronic functionalities in packaging printing (smart packaging), added value using UV technologies, pre-press, workflow technology for different applications, substrates, colour management in packaging printing, developments in flexography platemaking and printing, developments in gravure cylinder making and printing, special techniques, converting technology, sustainability and environmental solutions."
The special feature of the conference will be a 'print gallery' exhibiting sample prints.
PrintWeek India which was the exclusive media partner for the first conference will continue to be for the second edition as well.
