With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including a stint at S&G Group, Williams will lead a 30-strong team at Cardiff Printing, handling clients such as L’Oréal, the Celtic Manor Resort and rugby team Cardiff Blues.
Williams said: "I am thrilled to be joining a team that has a growing client base and demonstrates a shared enthusiasm for the print and marketing practice. With these tools, I am confident that we can maintain our reputation as the print professionals of Wales."
Cardiff Printing Company is based in Llantrisant, South Wales, and offers a range of litho, digital and large-format printing services.
He added: "When the company was first established, its focus was to provide a professional service for specific products within the printing service.
"Since then, it has grown substantially and is now able to fully manage the brand and identity of each individual client from start to finish, offering a comprehensive service under one roof; something that sets us apart from our competitors."
