Busch unveils latest banders

Post-press and materials handling equipment manufacturer Busch has used Ipex to launch the ZFB 32 Inline and the ZFB36/75 feed banders, and has also secured a number of sales.

According to Chris Dillon, director of the Maulburg, Germanybased business, the company has seen a lot of traffic on its stand at the show (20/C690), and most notably it has been successful in securing two sales of its SWH Speedturners from the show floor, one to Falkland Press and another to Print Leeds.

Dillon said: "While we think the headcount has been slightly down from the last Ipex, we've had a lot of traffic on the stand to the extent

that it's been better than expected. "People we have seen have been interested in buying kit, and we have made a number of sales."

The inline ZFB 32 bander has automatic feeding and is suited to all types of printed products. The bander also incorporates an integrated feed pusher.

The ZFB 36/75 has automatic feeding for banding print products of all types and is especially suitable for folded products and folding machines with shingle delivery and guillotines.

In 2009, Busch acquired Senator Technology. The newly created Schneider Senator SSB manufactures Schneider Senator guillotines, which are sold in the UK by Friedheim International.
