The company has also revealed that is has completed the signing of three orders to Malaysia. Two full Glunz & Jensen ProVision Alliance punchbend lines have gone to the multimedia conglomerate Utusan Meleyu of Kuala Lumpur.
Three full CTP lines have been sold to China Press Berhad, Malaysia's second-largest Chinese language newspaper, while Sin Chew Media Corporation Berhad, which is Malaysia's largest newspaper, has bought three Glunz & Jensen ProVision Alliance plate lines.
Keld Thorsen, chief executive of Glunz & Jensen, said the orders reflected "a trend in this economic climate".
"Larger companies are seeking to become more efficient, to streamline their workforce, and to implement fully automated plate lines," he said.
