These awards will distinguish media companies which have adopted digital media as part of their total product offer to meet the major changes in how people consume news and information today.
They will feature categories that were introduced in recent years in WAN-IFRA's long-established Asia Media Awards such as Best Online Media or Best in Cross Media. It will also include brand new categories such as Best in Mobile Media, Online Content, eReader/Tablet and Social Media.
All Asian Media companies operating on any digital platform willing to benchmark their services and products with their peers are warmly invited to participate in the competition. Entries must be submitted to WAN-IFRA by September 30, 2010. The new awards will be presented in conjunction with the second edition of the Digital Media Asia conference in Singapore, on November 24, 2010.
