The telecoms provider originally awarded the Leicester-headquartered business with a three-year contract in 2019 following a competitive tender process. It included transactional mail, customer communications and customer acquisition marketing.
The extension has brought about a broadening of scope of the contract to cover certain aspects of analytics and data enhancement.
Go Inspire Group sales and commercial director Ben Snutch said: “Naturally we are absolutely delighted to renew our commitments with the TalkTalk brand.
“The initial phase of the relationship was about efficient execution of customer communications and process optimisation. Moving forwards, we shall also have an eye on supporting TalkTalk in improving ROI and achieving strategic goals around transformation.”
The group told Printweek that the contract’s direct mail, transactional mail and commercial print elements are produced across the entire fleet of digital and litho machines at its Go Inspire Solutions and Eclipse sites in Leicester and Kettering.
Go Inspire Group also works with blue chip brands including British Gas, Close Brothers and Tesco and recently won a multimillion pound deal with BT.
Earlier this month the business appointed Jonathan Harman as non-executive director to support its goal of becoming a “true marketing performance partner”.
