The Komori Lithrone S40 will double our capacity and enable us to produce work much more cost effectively. Projects that would have taken us 14 hours on our existing B2 presses take only two and a half hours on the new Lithrone.
The machine’s colour management features mean we can reach the target quality within a few sheets on each job. After seven jobs the Lithrone S40 produces just 30cm of waste paper, compared to the two pallets of waste that would be produced by the other presses. It is important that we can sell as many impressions as we can.
