For the first time we have added a BPIF members’ directory to the back of the book and I wanted to create a divide, not just in content, but through the paper it is printed on as well. As Inuit is an uncoated paper it bulks up more, despite being a lighter stock. We choose Satimat for the main content of the book as it is an extremely nice silk paper. Inuit is similar in terms of shade to Satimat but both provide a different feel. Using the two stocks really does differentiate the two sections.

I swear by my: Satimat and Inuit paper
The Print Managers Handbook 2007 is for people in the industry, so it was important that it was produced using top-notch substrates. I discussed a variety of options with a lot of people and settled on PaperCos Satimat and Inuit sheets.
