The product, which was launched on Tuesday (19 November), is designed primarily for corporate customers and creative professionals who need to seamlessly transfer and share high-quality, print-ready files.
PixFile, a brand of Austria-headquartered business PPD (PrePress digital – Softwareentwicklung GmbH), said PDF Editor features an intuitive, easy-to-use interface “with powerful features that enable effortless document handling without compromising quality”.
PDF Editor has been specifically designed to meet the demands of the printing industry, and features native PDF editing that eliminates the need for format conversion, preserving file integrity and quality.
It also features simplified, fast editing tools; has the ability to quickly analyse and understand file complexity; and is compliant with ISO standards, including PDF/X.
“We developed the PixFile PDF Editor to address the growing need for more advanced PDF management tools in the modern workspace,” said Jeremy Spencer, managing director of PixFile.
“Our goal was to create a solution that combines flexibility, ease of use, and high performance, empowering professionals to handle PDF documents more efficiently and without technical limitations.”
PDF Editor is available for download from PixFile with a free 30-day trial. It has term- and usage-based licensing.
