The new inks, comprising four high-density colours – Cyan Extra, Magenta Extra, Yellow Extra and Black Extra – are specifically engineered for Panasonic printheads and are said to offer high-quality coverage.
The fast-drying inks are tailored for uncoated and thin sublimation papers and are said to provide printers with high productivity while reducing production costs.
“We continue to listen to our customers and the market’s need for a vast range of intense and reliable digital inks for the production of textile and graphic applications while being fully compatible with the leading printheads,” said J-Teck3 brand R&D manager Luca Guggiari.
“Our new J-Cube PNF colours bridge the gap for a diverse spectrum of colours with exceptional image definition.”
Next month’s ITMA Asia event in China will mark the first public showing of the new additions to the range. The standard colours were launched last year.
“The feedback from the market for the J-Cube PNF series has been very good as these new printheads are becoming quite popular on the market,” said J-Teck3 business operations manager Rosaria Pozzoni.
“The inks are best suited for printing on polyester fabrics and mixed fabrics with 60% of polyester fibres.”
Last year, J-Teck3’s parent company, JK Group, was acquired by Dover Engineering Systems (DES), a business segment of global manufacturer Dover Corporation.
