The compact machine arrived at the end of last year, replacing a Polar guillotine that production manager Anthony Bell had said was "on the blink" but had served them well for 30 years.
The company spent around £18,000 on the new guillotine to work alongside its Heidelberg Quickmaster press.
The guillotine handles the finishing of leaflets, letterheads, business cards and complement slips for Bell Printers’ variety of high street, financial and commercial customers.
Bell Printers has an annual turnover of around £300,000 and employs eight staff at its Hamilton, Strathclyde plant.
