"At the price, the Rastek's performance and quality is fantastic," said managing director Garry Brown. "We're the first, and at this time only UK dealer for Rastek."

The Newcastle-based company has EF's Rastek's H650 hybrid printer in its showroom, which is capable of producing up to 21sqm per hour on materials up to 46mm thick and 1.65m-wide in CMYK or CMYK plus white.

"Prospects have been really impressed and we've got a couple of orders and a raft of demos booked," said Brown. "With EFI backing Rastek it gives people peace of mind. We're very excited."

The company is selling the full Rastek range including the H700 hybrid and T660 static vacuum bed flatbed.

Pricing starts at £51,000 for the H650.
