Lesnik had been with the Wyndeham Press Group for 20 years and previously held the role of production director at Heron.
He became managing director at Impact at the start of last year, following a restructure at the magazine cover specialist. Lesnik now takes on a "full-time position" at The Finishing Company, which is based in Witham, Essex.
"I shall be sad to leave Wyndeham but am really looking forward to focusing my full attention on The Finishing Company and to staying in the printing and publishing industry," said Lesnik.
Freeman joined Impact as general manager last month and will assume day-to-day responsibilities for the site at the end of September. He joined Wyndeham from Polestar Varnicoat and Newspac where he was responsible for customer service.
"I'm looking forward to transferring some of the experience I've gained in gravure, sheetfed and from outside the industry into web-offset printing," said Freeman.
