In her new role, D'Cruz will be responsible for developing the Express KCS brand across global markets, including the expansion of the Studio Online production workflow system into the company's wide-ranging customer base.

D'Cruz has more than 15 years' sales and marketing experience and in her previous role she was responsible for the rebranding and integration of more than 10 print and pre-media businesses acquired by Wyndeham since 2004.

Prior to joining Wyndeham, D'Cruz was European marketing manager at Printcafe and her latest move sees her reunited with former Printcafe European managing director and current Express KCS chief executive Robert Berkeley.

Berkeley said: "As a global provider of outsourced media production services, our objective is to consolidate Express KCS's position as a leader in this market.
