The company has created the kit, which enables organisations to create personalised World Cup sweep stake documents free of charge, using the Vpress Coreprint software.
Hemel Hempstead-based Real Ripple uses this software to develop bespoke interfaces for firms that offer personalised web-to-print services and works with manufacturers and suppliers for the printing industry, as well as commercial print companies.
“We come up with campaigns like these a few times a year to illustrate the unique way we work with Vpress. We build these interfaces where people can easily and quickly generate a print file using the coreprint API,” said Real Ripple managing director Paul Warren.
“It’s not for profit. It was an idea to raise a bit of money for charity and the brand profile of our partners. We’re asking users to please give at least 50% of their collections to the charity of their choice out of Teenage Cancer Trust, the St Bride Foundation and The Hospice of St Francis.”
The Sweepstake Kit, which is supported by Real Ripple’s partners IFS, Vpress, IPIA and St Bride Foundation gives any organisation the opportunity to set up a company sweepstake group for staff members, friends and family.
Those registered can download a wall chart poster in PDF format, personalised for their company, which can be printed for use in the office or shared with customers.
“We’re hoping to raise a few thousand pounds for charity. The reaction has been pretty good so far and we’re hoping to get up to 100 people booking and playing with the kit,” said Warren.
The Sweepstake Kit is available to download for free via www.sweepkit.com.
