The move will see the title printed outside of Wolverhampton city centre for the first time in 122 years.
According to a statement from the company, a "number of redundancies" will be made. It did not specify numbers, but it is believed that 11 production jobs will be lost.
The editorial and sales teams will remain in Wolverhampton, according to the company.
MNA's Wolverhampton title, the UK's largest selling evening newspaper, will be printed alongside the Shropshire Star at its recently refurbished Ketley, Telford plant.
According to the company it will lead to improved efficiency as well as enhanced colour options.
