Williams Lea launches CIS global brand

Williams Lea has made a number of management changes and unveiled its Corporate Information Solutions global brand.

Chief executive Tim Griffiths said the reorganisation had come about as a result of the firm's acquisition of Bowne Business Solutions in the US last year.

WH Smith chairman, and adviser to private equity group Cinven, Robert Walker has been appointed chairman, replacing Sean Williams who becomes a non-executive director.

Group finance director Justin Barton takes on the new role of president and chief operating officer for the firm's US operations.
Miles Toulson-Clarke, previously UK managing director, moves to the role of group head of business development and marketing.

Conor Davey takes on the enlarged role as chief operating officer for the UK and Europe, and will report directly to Griffiths.

Davey was previously group business development director.

The London-based print and facilities management group announced plans to rebrand in February this year, following its acquisitions of Bowne Business Solutions, Formation e-Document Solutions and Springboard.

The three businesses will now come under the Williams Lea Corporate Information Solutions brand.
