The magazine, which is as yet untitled, will be published by Sunday, which is currently negotiating with printers over the initial 500,000 print run.
The first issue is likely to be a 68pp magazine, launched in March 2010 and distributed around the complex, as well as in affluent London postcodes.
It will feature a mix of content, including fashion, luxury goods, home and dining.
Sunday managing director Toby Smeeton said: "There is already a terrific buzz around Westfield London and the magazine will continue to build on this.
"The magazine will get people talking as well as shopping. Having played a part in Westfield London at its launch, we are delighted to be involved in its continued success."

The owners of the Westfield shopping centre in London are to launch a biannual customer magazine, it has been confirmed.
