The company has been rebranded as Sun Branding Solutions and has restructured into four divisions, focusing on different areas of its activities.
White Zone will handle strategy and brand design; Gilchrist will cover brand graphics and the implementation; Sun Brand Technologies will sell Odin, the company's brand launch management software; while Your Packaging Partner will offer a packaging technology and database service.
Managing director Paul Bean said the four divisions represented a "portfolio that is capable of meeting the challenging needs of the market".
He said: "With existing clients, the integrated brand offer is already providing an enhanced product and service, while delivering significant cost savings."
Sales teams will focus on specific divisions but will also be able to sell the services of their sister divisions, while a number of the company's biggest accounts, covering all four divisions, are handled by board-level directors.
