Andrew Axford started in the newly created role at the Lincoln-headquartered business in November.
Axford has over 20 years of experience in the print industry and specialises in print finishing and fulfilment. Before joining Visual Print and Design, he helped run a family-owned trade print finishing business before moving into food and drink sales.
He will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of print and design projects and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

“What attracted me to the role was the variety of services they offer and the types of customers they work with. We’ve got some ambitious goals for the next 12 months and I can’t wait to help us achieve them.”

“2022 is going to be an eventful year for Visual Print and Design, and Andrew is going to play such a key role in helping us expand our customer base and service offering.”
The new hire follows the business adding three other new members to its team and promoting a fourth internally at the end of 2021. Last summer it also appointed a new business manager to help it identify new opportunities across the UK and develop client relationships.
Visual Print and Design also has an office in Scotland and offers services including marketing material, corporate stationery, publications, direct mail, large-format print, and promotional merchandise.
