An online questionnaire has been launched this week as part of ViP's ongoing Best Practice in Maintenance project, which aims to define straightforward maintenance steps that companies of all sizes can take to optimise equipment uptime and performance.

The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and respondents will receive feedback on how their approach to maintenance compares with other companies in the print sector as well as with other manufacturing industries.

Swansea Print Technology is consulting on the study, and director Dr Tim Claypole and Nigel Wells, author of the Web Offset Champions Group's guide Productivity Maintenance, will also conduct 20 case studies. Visit: www.visioninprint.co.uk.
