Vertis Leicester is close to sale

Administrators are in talks with three unnamed parties to take over the Leicester site of Vertis.

UHY Hacker Young confirmed that negotiations "are in hand", but any deal is likely to be concluded next week.

Vertis Leicester went into administration last week. It followed the acquisition of Vertis' UK DM operations by print investor and restructuring specialist Mark Scanlon.
