The alliance, the first of its kind in the industry, will be launched at the Luxepack New York show on 21 May. Details of the alliance will be revealed at the launch.
Utility chairman Manoj Mehta said: "This alliance is a strategic move for the company towards its vision of serving the prestige packaging requirements of customers across the globe, placing prime importance on innovation and fitness for purpose."
Mumbai-based Utility is one of the fastest growing packaging companies in India with a recently inaugurated 10,200sqm factory in Ahmedabad, equipped with an ultra-modern infrastructure, which is capable of converting 15,000 tonnes per annum.
The company has alliances with global food packaging businesses, such as Conpax Niverka Verpakkingun BV in The Netherlands, and with the pharmaceutical packaging group Grafica Zannini SPA – Europe's leading pharmaceutical packaging converter.
