Paul Morgan replaces Chris Davy as finance director, and will have responsibility for finance and IT development (PrintWeek, 15 February).
Morgan was previously managing director of Corporate Express UK, a member of the Buhrmann Group, and was also previously group finance director of Howard Smith Paper.
He also worked as finance director for Wiggins Teape (Ireland), part of Arjo Wiggins.
Robert Lockwood moves from his role of business development director to that of director of the Specialist Divisions, which encompasses publishing, indent, business forms and Hedsorboard.
Lockwood was managing director of Guppy Paper before its merger with Alliance Paper to form Premier Paper in April 2000.
