Last year, the Scottish independent papermaker gained FSC chain-of-custody certification for the processing, sales and distribution of FSC-endorsed coated and uncoated paper and board.
Tullis Russell marketing director Malcolm Sinclair said that the accreditation of Trucard would place the company in a strong position for this year, not least in the the SBS market, which includes brochures, covers, greeting cards and premium packaging.
This will allow Tullis to develop its business in the publishing market.
The company was audited by BM Trada certification, which will continue to carry out annual audits on the firm.
