Fujifilm and Jet Tech team celebrate new partnership

Three industry veterans have teamed up to form a new reseller business that has become Fujifilm’s first ‘Ultimate’ level partner.

Steve Andrew, Andrew Crane and Jason Longley have formed Jet Technology Group – Jet Tech – with ambitions to grow the operation into a nationwide business.

Managing director Steve Andrew has spent more than 20 years working in document solutions, most recently at Xeretec where he was northern sales director for just over a decade.

Crane worked at Xerox for more than 25 years, where his specialties included high volume colour and industrial inkjet. He is now sales director at Jet Tech.

Longley has also worked in the industry for more than 25 years with roles at Imation, Konica Minolta and most recently as national sales manager at Screen for high speed continuous inkjet.

Longley is commercial director at the new venture.

Andrew commented: “Our mission is to guide businesses towards digital success combining our vast experience with Fujifilm's market-leading solutions.

“Together, within this partnership, we look forward to bringing greater value to organisations and helping them maximise their profitability.”

The partnership encompasses print-on-demand production presses.

Fujifilm UK general manager Andy Kent said the manufacturer’s POD range had grown substantially since it launched the 120ppm, six-colour Revoria PC1120 last year.

“This partnership marks an exciting milestone and we anticipate this to provide further growth as Jet Technology Group’s extensive industry experience and commitment to excellence align perfectly with Fujifilm's values,” he said.

Kent said that Jet Tech had achieved the highest level of accreditation in its Thrivve Partner program “due to the competence of its sales, service and operational processes”.

“This partnership will allow us to bring our cutting-edge print technologies to a broader audience, including some exciting new products, driving innovation and success in the digital print market.”

Jet Tech’s growth plans include setting up technology hubs across the UK, and alongside Fujifilm’s POD products it will integrate other third party solutions and AI tools.
