The Radstock, Somerset, print and mailing house has been awarded a three-year contract to handle transactional mailing for financial institution RCI Financial Services, which is expected to produce 400,000 documents a year.
CFH managing director Dave Broadway said that new financial regulations, introduced last year, had forced RCI into increasing the number of its mailings.
He said: "Transactional mail is still buoyant, it is resistant to the downturn because documents still have to be sent out. It is an area that is relatively recession-proof, there are a lot more letters being sent out for non-payment. That side of the business is still growing."
As part of Groupe Renault, RCI provides vehicle financing in the UK for both Renault and Nissan. CFH will print, personalise and mail documents in line with CCA 2006 requirements.
The contract will be fulfilled using CFH's Document Dynamics solution and the company's downstream access service, thus achieving cost savings and improving service levels.
CFH expects to record a turnover of £27m this year.
Transactional sector thriving, says CFH
CFH Total Document Management has said that its transactional mailing services are thriving, despite the recession.
