Tecnograv buys Tronic

Tecnograv has expanded its gravure engraving capability with the acquisition of former competitor Tronic Gravure.

The deal, for an undisclosed sum, sees Wigan-based Tronic become a subsidiary of the Tecnograv Group, and will drive group sales to more than £16m.
Tecnograv is headquartered in Derby and also has operations in Leicester and on Anglesea.
