The endorsement enables companies to show that they are "exceeding expectations in human resources".

Leicester-based Taylor Bloxham scored 86% on its audit requirements, the latest stage of the BPIF health checks, which the company is currently working through.

Taylor Bloxham has already worked on other certifications within the BPIF’s seal of excellence. It recently scored 93% on its health and safety seal of excellence.

Another audit will take place in two years to ensure Taylor Bloxham is maintaining its standards.
