The London-based, AIM-listed marketing communications company will base the product on its Toolkit software.
Toolkit is a package that enables users to manage multi-channel campaigns. It is currently being used by more than 40 companies, including the Flemish Socialist party, for which the company designed a bespoke tool to manage localised print communications in the run-up to the European elections earlier this year.
Andy Wheatley, marketing director at Tangent, said that the local marketing software was "rapidly proving itself" in the political campaign arena.
"We are looking forward to delivering the Dutch Socialist Party a single interface that will ensure that they can quickly generate highly localised on brand communications to the electorate," he added.
