Around 45 jobs have been lost at DRB Reprographics, which traded as SynRG, a week after the firms directors approached Begbies Traynor to begin liquidation proceedings.
A spokesman for Begbies Traynor said: The firm will officially be placed in liquidation at the creditors meeting on 21 December.
He confirmed that assets belonging to the Anton Group at SynRGs Sydenham site had been removed and added: The assets recovered belonged to a third party. Independent agents have surveyed the site, its all been logged.
Anton Group marketing director Jaqueline Bausch reiterated that Anton and SynRG were unconnected, despite having common directors. She said that last years planned merger had stalled in February.
Mitsubishi sales director Roy Jenkinson said a number of companies had made enquiries about SynRGs five- and six-colour 3H presses, which are owned by a finance company.
