Smith, who has been with the company for 14 years, latterly as technical director, bought out the business in July and has plans to expand its digital operations.

Studio One Origination specialises in advertising production for newspapers and magazines and also produces digital print for estate agents.
The firm has expanded into web design and asset management, creating an online web image tool for one of its estate agent clients.
The company has also recently expanded its workforce to 26 employees following the appointment of sales executive Danny Woods, who previously worked in the same role at Adplates.
