Stora Enso and UPM-Kymmene's websites have been ranked in the top 10 of the top 300 European companies, according to the Webranking 2001 survey.
Stora Enso was the higher of the two Finnish paper producers at number three.
UPM-Kymmene came in joint tenth place, and third in the listing of Finnish companies behind telecommunications group Nokia.
The Swedish consulting company Halvarsson and Halvarsson compiled the rankings. The survey, the fifth to be conducted, canvassed the opinions of professional private investors.
The criteria of the survey included accessibility, layout and navigation, updating and links, company presentation as well as financial information.
