Stora Enso is dissolving its pulp division and transferring its five non-integrated mills to other divisions.
Celbi and Skutskr will now be included in the Fine Paper division, while Norrsundet, Kemijrvi, and the 50% interest in Sunila mill will be included in its Magazine Paper division. Enocell will now be part of the Packaging Boards division.
The restructuring will not affect the operation of the pulp mills, and pulp sales, part of the Fine Paper Division, will continue to operate as before.
