Stagecoach awards print work for two networks to Lateral's Dialogue business

Stagecoach has awarded a multimillion-pound print management contract to supply tailored material to two rail networks to Dialogue Solutions.

The print management business, which is part of the Lateral Group, will supply timetables, station-specific leaflets and other materials for the South West and East Midlands networks using its cross-media MarketPower procurement and marketing solution.

The company will produce bespoke materials for each station in order to cut down on waste, and will have on-site presence at the head offices of both networks.

The deal was won after a competitive tender, although the company would not disclose the length or value of the contract.

A Stagecoach spokesperson described Dialogue's offering as "streets ahead of its competitors" and said it offered "flexibility and hugely reduces operational costs.

"Not only is this approach cost-effective, but it is also more efficient.

"It is now more crucial than ever for us to invest in profiling, targeting, understanding and servicing our customers."
