St Ives subsidiary Burrups has won the tender to produce the massive mailing required as a result of the proposed Halifax/Bank of Scotland merger.
The Halifax mailing to 3.12m shareholders was completed this week. It included a weighty 116pp scheme document and a 42pp summary listing particulars document.
"We had a short timescale to make the decision and Burrups had the best solution," said Halifax project manager Jane Roberts.
