The £40,000 machine will be installed in August and will also enable SM Finishing to offer code, logo and graphic printing.
Managing director Gary Benner said: "Clients will be able to send mailers direct to us without having to go elsewhere for personalisation first, hence cutting out a complete extra process.
"We will be approaching new clients who would previously have gone direct to other companies that can offer a similar service."
Benner added that the Nottingham-based finisher would also be investigating other services it could offer once the Videojet was installed.
SM Finishing currently offers cutting, folding, stitching, gluing, tipping-on and specialised mailers. It has a turnover of around £700,000 and employs 14 staff.
